Comes with everything you need to cover the ugly hole in the setback after removing the rear screen on your 2013-2015 LX570. Specify with or without hole for USB/ 1 1/8” accessory. NOTE: USB not supplied. It is also NOT recommended to use the video screen power for the USB power- the wires are too small. See a certified automotive electrician.
